I've tried IE 5.0 and 5.1 on OS 9, IE5.1 & 5.2 on OS X, and I believe Netscape 4.75 for OS 9. None of them would let me in, not recognizing the password. In any case, the set-up now works, and I just have to fire up VirtualPC every now and then to check on it. I consider it a small price to pay for a $49 4-port switch/router; easier than configuring a Mac w/ 2 ethernet ports and an attached hub and a software router.
