Yes, but lets remember that OSX doesn't run on anything older then a Beige G3 ;-) The key is does it really "require" AGP video or is PCI Video just not supported by Apple. Some have said that the Radeon 32mb PCI cards which would be the Radeon Mac edition and the 7000 may well both be made to run Quartz extreme. It is too early to count them out in my opinion.
