If you have the original Matsushita CD drive and the original TwinTurbo
video card then you probably would. But only one processor will be utilized,
since there's no dual processor support in OS X running on legacy Macs. And
256 mb's of RAM is a worthy amount for OS X, although the more the better.

Also, and I don't mean to sound negative... in my opinion, running OS X on a
604e processor is not worth the effort. A G3/300 or better is more
reasonable, but even on my G3/350 X is a bit of a dog. A usable dog, but a
pooch none the less.

My advice, if it's your main machine, don't bother until you add a processor
upgrade, preferably a G4. If it isn't your main machine, and you like
mucking about and trying new things, go for it. But expect to be booted into
OS 9 most of the time because of the speed difference.
