Yeah, it will run, but it will be slow.   I ran OS 10.0 thru 10.1.3 or so on 
exactly such a system.   Only 1 CPU will be seen however.

I kept adding more RAM as the price kept dropping, so I'm now up to 688 
megs.  Then I got a Sonnet G4/450 card and that made a huge difference.   
I'm about to disable the old 512K on-board cache, as reports here say doing 
that when you have a G4 card makes a big difference also.

If you just want to check out/play with OS X, then go ahead - that's what I 
was doing.   If you want to actually use it for anything serious, you'll 
just be disappointed in the lack of speed.
