I can confirm disabling the motherboard L2 cache with the Powerlogix software or by the hardware fix gives you a nice speed jump! It makes much more of a difference then I thought it would in 10.1.5 and in Jaguar 10.2 it is nearly as fast as 0S 9.x!!! even though OS 9 is on a fast IDE drive and OSX Jaguar on a dog slow SCSI drive!!!
