Here goes-
I'm not rich, but I'm not cheap either. If it weren't for OWC I
wouldn't be able to use OS X on my J700. They made available not just
XPostFacto, but also the firmware for my VST Ultratek that allows me to
install and run OS X. They also sold me- for a good price- my Ultimate
Rez video card and my VST IDE controller. They stock a good variety of
hardware for us who can't always use the latest stuff. They also keep a
tech library of drivers available for outdated hardware- and not just
the stuff they sell.
It's companies like OWC and Small Dog that enable us to use outdated
hardware in this day and age. I'm not going to try and save a measly $28
by betraying them and going to one of those mega merchants.
That's my opinion for the day... and I don't mean to sound harsh...
