Actually that WAS my confusion. Someone at Macconnection told me that I needed a free PCI slot. So for the last two years I've been suffering because of some dork. ;-) I've been needing a serious upgrade and it didn't feel right that I needed a slot. I should have known better coming from a company that charges 219.99 for a 128meg DIMM that OWC sells for 25.99!!
Thanks to all for your help! I'll give an update to my upgrade once it comes.
