Sounds like the chip is just a little hot. Do you know what the temp 
was? I stuck a Pentium fan on top of my heatsink and got the temp to 
drop from 145 at idle on a cool day to 140 on a hot day with normal 
use. Next time I need to restart or shutdown my machine, I'm going to 
see if I can push the processor a little more. I'm going for a 328MHz 
on a 54.6MHz bus......we'll see...:)
