Paul,

You can run your internet through a Proxy Server or Wingate and it will
broadcast that IP to whereever you're surfing to.  The trick is finding a
reliable Proxy for a fast connection.  Other than that, there is no way to
stop the host from seeing your IP.

Note: Your IP can be tracked directly to you if your IP is dynamic (ie: Cable
, DSL, etc.), if your IP is Static (dialup), tracking becomes more difficult.

Of course, for the regular Joe, tracking this IP is difficult if not
impossible.  Your ISP would have to give this information to them and unless
they are a Government institition or have a lot of pull, they won't get it.
