I need to make a correction on the my statement above and get another

"Sags" is something a surge protection only device will NOT be able to help.
Voltage stabilization is how this is corrected, and ofcourse not being a
professional engineer, I speak only from my experience with my APC unit.

I hope this "preemptive strike" saves some of your from having to post a correction.
