I inherited a C500/200 for my kids to play with [replacing a PM 6100/60]. My kids do there homework and play games, nothing too intensive. This is a cool little machine! I got it connected to my network but went to get online to find no browser installed! I tried Netscape 4.04 that was on the Umax disc but it was buggy and slow. I went to install Mozilla but it needs OS 8.6 to run. This only has 8.0.1 installed. What is the best OS for a C500/ 603e/200MHz and 80mb ram? I plan on upping the ram soon and might do the proccessor eventually. I thought I read somewhere that it shouldn't go above OS 8.1 but I see postings on the list that seem higher. Any thoughts? Any horror stories? Thanks for the input!
