That feature of UDF is not supported on the Mac. Theoretically, Mac's can write UDF formatted CDs, but only sequentially. So, the advantage of RW is somewhat blunted on a Mac. You can erase an RW and reuse it, and of course you can write multisession on RW (but you can do that on CDR). You can READ PC written UDF disks (with the right extension) but not change them. I'm not sure what happens reading a PC UDF disk on a Mac if any files have been deleted. The PC folks can format a UDF CDRW disk, and then treat is like a 650MB floppy.
