Kim,

Check that you have the proper Apple USB extensions--including the "USB Card
Enabler" group--installed and active. They should include the following:

HID Library
SerialShimLib
USB Mass Storage Support
USB Printer Sharing Extension
USB Software Locator
USB Support
USB Device Extension

Obviously "Iomegaware" needs to be installed, too.
