Recently we've been discussing Toast and drive compatibility with various
CDRW drives. I mentioned that using OS 9 offered another option, Disc
Burner, which Apple introduced for Finder level disc burning and iTunes
audio CD burning.

While I thought that Disc Burner was introduced in OS 9, it would seem that
it was actually introduced in OS 9.1. As a result I had Tony looking around
his OS 9.0.4 system for something that wasn't there. Sorry Tony.

In any event, there's a list of Disc Burner compatible drives here...

http://www.apple.com/itunes/compatibility

And you can download the whole Disc Burner package from VersionTracker
here...

Keep in mind that Toast is a much better burning solution overall. But Disc
Burner isn't bad for those that have a compatible CDRW drive, OS 9.1, and
who don't own Toast.
