The only other thing that occurs to me (Howie has already given you most of the advice there is to give) is to double check the 3.3V power supply connector. That's the one with three orange and three black wires. Make sure it is firmly seated on the motherboard. I think mine pulled a little loose once and I had a similar problem. On the bright side, you have two S900s. So you can trade components in a systematic fashion until you are certain of where the problem lies.
