God I must be spoiled. I use Sympatico in Canada 
and when my speed drops to 600 Kb I phone and ask 
what's up. It costs $34.95/month CND - That's 
about $22 US and I get between 900 - 1032 Kb/sec. 
When it drops to 400 Kb the web seems very slow. 
But that only happened once in 2 years. Dial-up 
would kill me now. Once you have high speed you 
can never go back - internet crack.
