My experience is the direct opposite. They shipped my Pulsar (S900 and Sonnet G4/400MHz card) in a timely manner, and all arrived safely. I even found that they had fitted the extra RAM that I had ordered. They also offered help when I found a problem with the video card, but I was able to sort the problem for myself. I know of two others who also have good things to say about Newsell - and Newsell speak English as well. Shipping costs are likely to be expensive though.
