No, it's not a sliding sled. It's more like a bracket that attaches over the top of the drive... four holes on top and two holes on the front of the bracket. After screwing the bracket to the top of the drive you shove the drive into the drive bay and secure it in place with two screws, through the front of the drive bay. It's a cheap looking sort of angular bracket that I'll have to try and duplicate if I can't find someone who has one laying around. PowerOn doesn't seem to have any left!
