I'm the one who found the Power-on power supply and ATX adapter cable. I
purchased both (the cable is discounted if you buy it with the power supply)
and they work great. Yes, there is an extra connector that is not used, as
verified with power-on tech support. Not the cheapest solution, but it works
great, easy to put together and has a warranty.

If the rest of S900 problems were as easy to solve--at a great discount, I
bought the S900 demo unit that Umax used at the July 1996 MW Expo and I
think that that is was an either pre-production unit or their first
production lost since it has some slightly different parts and has had bus
and sound problems for most of it's life.
