Can anyone here verify whether a stock C600 (200MHz, 603e processor) can load and run OS9.1? And can anyone give an idea of performance compared to OS8.6? How about memory requirements? What is the recommended amount of memory to support OS9.1 - I currently have 48MB, and have hesitated upgrading the memory because of the troubles I had when I moved from 16MB (on motherboard only) to 48MB (one 32MB DIMM added).
Just saw OS9.1 listed on Dealmac (actually being sold by Other World Computing) for $49.95 + shipping, and that is what has prompted this question.
