Dave, thanks for kicking this off. I've started some basic dev work to make room for these on the Insider -- the first item in the Support section -- while working on some other new content for the site.
Whatever content everyone else comes up with could have a home on the site as well eventually. My long-term hope was to get all the KnowledgeBase records rewritten and published and then start adding new content from reader submissions. (I'm behind on my schedule for the old KB records.) Good content doesn�t have to be frequently asked to be given a good home, but I would suggest that these FAQs themselves be. I'm probably going to have to move SuperMac Insider onto my .Mac site before the end of the year to make room for all of this....
