Easy on the USB card until you know that you do not have the 
CacheDoubler card installed.  The CacheDoubler card and all USB cards 
will not work together, period.  And, no, there is no known 
workaround.  It won't work.

As for VRAM, you'll need a video card.  Not much else you can do there, either.

Did I mention USB cards and CacheDoubler are incompatible?
