I didn't say anything about ".exe files".  I said "executable".   If I 
create a Mac virus program, and email you the executable file, and you 
execute it, then I can own any machine.

My point was, it doesn't matter what kind of machine you have.   If I can 
get you to run my executable, then I can infect you.   That's Social 
Engineering.
