Those jumpers and that little block are for connecting two cpus together 
in Umax's proprietary aspd design: a small cable connects the two cpus 
together.

there is a primary card as well as a secondary card - i believe only the 
primary will work in another machine, but that's a question for the 
local hardware guru - Jeff W
