Sorry, I can't. My secondary card has a Umax and a "nPower" (Daystar) label
on the back, that's all.
You'll easily find it out when you try to install the secondary processor
card in any primary CPU slot (in any other Mac): It will not fit.

PM 8600/250mhz and faster, PM 9600/300mhz and faster. All original Apple CPU
cards running with 250mhz and faster are "Mach V" cards and only work in the
"Kansas" machines.
