I'm not sure that I understand the CD exception problem that you are talking
about, Nancy.  My S900 running OS 9.1 will boot from the Apple 9.1 install
disk in the stock CD drive with FWB driver.  But I do still have 8.1
installed on a second HD.  Are you saying if and when I trash 8.1 that I
will no longer be able to boot from an Apple install CD?
