Steve, This drive is an 18gig IBM Ultrastar 'Ultra3' Model DDYS-TY18350 made in 2000. Sure doesn't look like any scsi connection I've ever worked with.
Could be the same type of adapter that Walt is referring to but MCPricebreakers doesn't seem to be around any more.
