Eudora is great and is stand alone. You also can get all the features 
without paying if you accept the version with an Ad box. If you have a 
nice size monitor the ad can be ignored- with a small monitor too. just 
stick it out of the way in a corner and ignore it. Eudora is one of the 
original email clients and is really designed to do a great job. If you 
need any help setting it up just drop me a note off list.
