Just to confirm...

Are you booted from another drive and running DW from the CD drive ?
Disk Warrior sees all the partitions of the corrupted drive as available
for repair ?
Let it go longer even if you think it's gonna take a while.
You might be surprised.

If you do make an attempt with an external CD drive, after the reboot
boing hold down ctrl-opt-shft-del buttons and wait until DiskWarrior
becomes the boot disc.
It should default to 9.2.
