After reluctantly downloading IE 5.1.6 and also trying Outlook Express, I ditched
OE and have been happily using IE for most of my browsing. This happened when I
ran into too many difficulties running the CBS News' Baghdad web cam page on 4.8
but zero problems with IE.
For mail, I am staying with Netscape 4.8 with the occasional link to a web page in
4.8's mail.
Tried the free version of Eudora for a while but having been used to Netscape's
mail layout it was a difficult transition and I didn't feel like paying for the
non-ad version. The ad window was too bothersome for my taste.

All the technical reasons for one being better or worse then the other is all
Latin to me, or to most folks for that matter.
