My Umax S900 is running great with 9.2.2, with one little exception. I noticed that the speaker in the case plays sound regardless of whether or not I have speakers plugged in. The powered speaker set that I use works great and volume control in iTunes works fine as well, but universal OS volume control does not seem to function. I looked at my sound setting and the OS has no output device listed. I was surprised because I had assumed that the S900 used the same thing as Apple for audio hardware. Do any of you know how to "offically" enable the sound hardware? I would love to be able to control the volume system wide and to make that pesky case speaker shut up. I would also like to fix this so that I can say that everything in my S900 works perfectly.
