Never even looked at it before. Floppy drives have lights? I'll take a
peek. All I know right now is that it is reading from floppy and
presumably making it to the blessed A:\

Yes, looking for a basic video card, preferably non-Ati will be on my
list as I trudge back to PC land tommorrow. Maybe I'll find an old
Trident or something BIOS-friendly. 

Hey, wait a minute! I've got an ancient 486 clone in the basement. Maybe
it has a video card (don't remember if it's motherboard video or not).
The borrowed Dell has ISA slots, so I might be doing OK tonight
instead.
