This is my last post on this issue

I need to be more clear

Once again the reason i posted was because i am tired of mac hailing
the new thing at the lowest price and advertising the best specs and
selling the lowest price

True true there are no pci-x cards for mac but there are pci cards
that can take advantage of a higher bus speed limiting the 2 thousand
dollar model to 33 mhz is ridiculous

The reason i pointed out the ram issue seems to have eluded everyone
here for the most part before now you could buy the cheaper mac and
upgrade it yourself to the highest spec this is not true for the
cheapest G5 as the motherboard itself doesn't support the advanced
features heralded by the expensive mac

Also before now cpu speed hasn't been solely dependent on the fsb
multiplier which means all apple is doing is making one chip and
different motherboards that support different bus speeds before it was
dependent on the clock this allowed apple to use one chip and overclock
it to gain higher speeds whether they are doing this or not i am not
saying but it is weird how the cpu speed jumps in direct collation with
the cpu speed.

And one more thing

The Pentium 4 at 2 ghz never was advertised to be the end all and run
nearly as fast the the 3Ghz model

And i don't think the listmon should get so personal with users if i am
attacking someone kick me off but if i am stating facts and straighten
up some unclear facts that are going around what can you really say
besides

Oh i dont' like that leave the list

Well its been a run i have enjoyed getting info for my mac's off this
list but it is the most unfriendly list to ppl not solely running off
the mac platform i have ever been on
