What would you have them do??? State that they dont have the fastest Mac in their ads, and state they arent nearly as fast as PC's??? Every vendor states their product is the fastest, whats your gripe with Apple??? "but there are pci cards that can take advantage of a higher bus speed limiting the 2 thousand dollar model to 33 mhz is ridiculous" You mean why put in the CURRENT standard implementation of PCI?? Why are they using the same PCI as most other vendors?? Hmm, maybe price as to make a sub $2000 base model G5??? If you are someone who is going to utilize that speed, get a higher end G5, its that simple. You arent going to find PCI-X in anything PC sub $3000. So the low end Mac G5 doesnt have as fast ram as trhe top end model, Apple isnt hiding this fact, whats your point??
