Hi Alan & Alan & Shawn, I'm on a modem provided by Bell. I pay more so that I can be on line and talk on the phone at the same time. On this modem there appears to be one port. Also, this is the first time that I am on this SuperMac list. I didn't even know that this list existed. I thought that I was the only one left on the planet with a UMAXj700/upgraded. Also, I just had my mouse replaced less than a year ago. And yes, Alan Cole, I am even more confused, since I doubt very much in this lifetime, that I will ever become anything close to resembling a computer programmer. So, having said that, even the most easiest of problems for most Mac owners, is a living hell for me, since anything that I try to fix, usually blows up in my face, and I end up having to pay computer programmers enormous amounts of money to fix the problem, that I can't afford to pay. Anyway, that's why I joined this list, in hopes that people who own UMAX's may be able to advise me, when it comes to reinstalling IE 5. P.S. Thanks for everyone's help so far.
