Please tell me this is not so!!! I have run my s900 with all sides off ever since... last year? With no troubles? Seems like if it's off the floor, it wouldn't collect as much dust & that it would keep cooler too? Weren't there others on this list that also ran theirs w/sides off on a regular basis.
