i'm running jaguar on my s900 g4/450 with only a single 9gb HD on the internal SCSI bus. i had an ATTO UW card working well under OS9 but when i upgraded the video card to a radeon 7000, i couldn't get the ATTO card to work anymore so i had to end up pulling it. i'm currently running a USB/FW card with no problems as some have had (other then sometimes USB signal stalls while FW drive is connected and tasking). i'd like to install an ATA card since i have a spare 30GB IDE drive but am a little hesitant since things are working and i'd hate to run into problems again but i still might do it soon. we'll see.
that's the first i've heard of the panther scsi issue though, does anyone know if this is true for sure? because i was considering upgrading since i already have panther on another machine.
