It sounds to me as tho you're trying to install 9.2.
That's very different from 9.1. You'll have to use
OS9Helper. Others may be more help here, as I am not
running this right now. There may be a problem with
this if you intend to use 9.2 as your "classic" OS. I
suggest using 9.1 as Classic. If you need 9.2, put it
on a different volume.
