What are you trying to accomplish? Share programs? Connect to the internet?
You will need to set up the File Sharing Control Panel in each computer to share files. After you turn on File Sharing, the computers can find each other, and you log on via the Chooser.
That is about the only bone I can pitch without a little more info.
