Hi.
I posted this problem before but never received any replies. The problem is that when I go to restart or start up from a shut down in Jaguar in my S900 the machine stops at "waiting for local disks". If I start up from OS9 and use the XPostFacto to start Jaguar it starts up fine. Are there some changes in the settings I should make in the control panel or something? I am using a G3 500 zif and 748 megs of ram. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.
Jacqueline Stewart

Which version of Jaguar? Which version of XPF? What kinds of disks do you have? If you have a later version of XPF (say, XPF 3.x), you might try rerunning XPF from Jaguar and bumping up the throttle value to something like "8". I've found in the past that restart problems can sometimes be solved by letting XPostFacto reinstall Boot and its other goodies and throttling up. After an XPF start from X becomes stable, I've been able to throttle back down to "0" and have the normal restart or start up work as expected.
