Hi.
I did mean restarting back into OSX from OSX. It did work without a problem before and as far as I know I haven't changed anything.

I might be oversimplifying but getting back to basics: You said "restart or start up from shutdown". As far as I know there is a big difference with osX on our machines, between those 2, You should have the ability to *restart* from osX back into osX without doing anything. A cold boot into osX doesn't work because you need the control panel XPostFacto in os9 to enable the S900 to run osX.
