The C500 should not be an issue. It would have been best if you did a Clean Install of OS9.1, which 
would have preserved your Old System Folder intact. It sounds like there may be issues between the 
old and new versions of Office not recognizing some files? I'd do a Clean Install of OS9.1, then 
instal the new version of Office on it. After thats running you'll have to hunt for the old files 
and may have to import them individually. Paul
