How tight is your budget? There won't be too much demand for the C500 if you try to sell it. Since it has eithernet, and a serial port, you can link it to the B&W and use it as a print server; saving the cost of either a Serial PCI card or USB to Serial adaptor for the B&W. When you move the 20GB drive to the B&W be sure to configure one of the drives as the Slave, the other as the Master- this is required with IDE drives. One other advantage of keeping the old machine- in case of problems with the new one you still have something you can email for help from. Just my thoughts. Memory for the B&W should be reasonable, so buy some with what you saved not getting the above adaptor. Paul
