Mark, It sounds as if you have intermittent connection problems that are consistently causing file system corruption. All of these problems speak to bad connections. Realizing that this is a major PITA, I would suggest taking everything out of the case and starting over again, making sure that each and every connector and each and every fastener is in its proper place. That is the only way to effectively stamp out hardware problems. It was working before, so there has to something that vibrated or was knocked out of place. Hope you find it quickly. paul -- Paul F.
