I currently have a Sonnet Tempo ATA66 card. Will this work? I'm considering an upgrade to a different IDE card if this one won't work.
I think pretty much any IDE card will run a CD/RW. I'm using a VST/Ultra 66 card in my S900, running a generic PC clone shop CD/RW drive, and it works fine. It boots OS X from it (with XPF of course) and burns CDs using Toast. I had it working with OS X Disk Copy and iTunes in 10.2, but 10.3 broke that. It's not that big a deal, Toast works just fine with it.
