I have a similar problem.
I have 2 SCSI HDs. One of them containing the system mounts every time I
boot, the other one only mounts on alternate boots.
Most odd.
I asked about this before but no one had any thoughts. Now that there's
another HD mounting issue around I wondered if anyone else had any ideas.

Best wishes
