Well, I had one in an S900 a few years back, when they first hit the market.
The only issue I had was with the PCI Voodoo, which seemed a bit worse
with the upgrade.

This time around, I'm throwing a PM 9500 logic board into the S900 case.
I may also try out a PowerTower Pro logic board.

Keep in mind that it could just be the upgrade. IIRC, the cache chips
sometimes go awry in these upgrades, in general. I hope you sent it
back to Sonnet?

I'm a bit of a tinkerer, so for the curious amongst you, I may be
willing to try a few things in the search for answers.

BTW, I don't know if this is allowed in this swap list, and if not,
sorry, but I'm in need of a Tempo Trio to save a PCI slot. I have the
Tempo, but I'd like to have USB, Firewire, and ATA on one card, as
ooposed to having ATA on a seperate card. That would rock.

Unless of course, it's faster to have them seperate, then I'll settle
for my current pieces.

Regards,
Antonio
