Good job. That is the first thing to check, re-seat all the connectors and plugins like memory, video, processor, etc.

I think the problem was the switch to the power supply. After I removed the power supply and re-inserted all the connectors, including the on board connector to the power supply, it at least started up. Now, I will try putting all the drives back and see what happens.
