I have had luck using an iMac OS9 installer disk on my Supermac, and just
noticed that the OSX installer disks I purchased from OWC were also iMac, so
you may want to hunt down a generic iMac installer disk. My guess is the
Powerbook disks were system-specific and won't install on your J700.
