Hi
I'm still using my J700 (upgraded with G4 using OS 8.6) but I recently
got a G5 running OSX Panther and I'd like to share files between them
using an ethernet crossover cable. I've never set up a network before
but I've attempted to do this using various help resources on both
machines and books but I'm confounded when it doesn't work. I just
want a simple two-computer network but it seems to complicate matters
with two operating systems.
I'm wondering if anyone knows a simple step by step to follow or can
point to a site that might offer it.
